By using the Beddua app you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is

Beddua is an entertainment app. Its "curses" are jokes that pair ideas from religions, mythologies and philosophy with everyday annoyances. They are fiction and humour: they are not religious teaching, not factual claims about any tradition, and are not intended to insult any faith, its sacred figures or its followers.

2. Your use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. Do not use the content to harass, threaten or demean any person or group.

3. Content and intellectual property

The app, its texts and its design belong to KUZEY VİP PROMOSYON BİLİŞİM SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.. You may share individual curses through the app's sharing feature; you may not copy the collection in bulk or republish it as your own product.

4. Availability

The app and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, add or remove content or features at any time.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or from content you choose to share.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
